High Street Residential Closes on Acreage for Thousand Oaks Development

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), has closed on approximately six acres of land and announced plans for a new multifamily development in Thousand Oaks. Currently unnamed, the development will offer 328 rental units, including 44 units reserved for lower-income households, and 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Construction is expected to begin during the first quarter of 2026.

Located at 500 Thousand Oaks Blvd., the community will feature two pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center and two pocket parks. Each unit will feature high-end finishes and spacious layouts, according to HSR.

“Our project has been designed to provide both a sophisticated living experience for residents and a neighborhood-serving mixed-use addition to Thousand Oaks Boulevard,” said Gabe Hungerford, principal with HSR in Los Angeles. “We look forward to continuing to work with the City of Thousand Oaks to realize the vision of this truly exceptional project.”
