852K-SF Midlothian Warehouse Sells to CAPSTAR

MPI Group sold an 852,987-square-foot industrial facility in Midlothian to CAPSTAR Real Estate Advisors. The property, 3800 Railport Parkway in Midlothian, Texas, is the only rail-served industrial facility in the region.

The facility, situated on 93.88 acres, is near Interstates 35 and 40 and offers access to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field Airport.

The transaction was brokered by Binswanger’s Holmes Davis, IV. Davis added, “This transaction highlights Midlothian’s growing appeal as a logistics and distribution hub, further solidifying the Dallas/ Fort Worth metroplex as a premier destination for industrial investment with record-breaking absorption rates and sustained investor interest.”

CAPSTAR plans to market the facility to potential manufacturers and distributors that can utilize its unique size and infrastructure.
