Chevy Chase Lake Reaches Full Lease-Up of Retail, Apartments

Chevy Chase Lake, a mixed-use community in Maryland, has added three new restaurants: the newly-opened Elena James, soon-to-debut Dok Khao, and Osteria Divina. In addition, the apartments at The Barrett and The Claude are fully stabilized, and 97% of retail space is leased.

“Elena James, Dok Khao and Osteria Divina reflect the quality and creativity we strive to bring to Chevy Chase Lake,” said Mike Henehan, President Bozzuto Development Company. “Their openings, alongside a growing roster of exceptional merchants, highlight our commitment to creating spaces that inspire and connect people.”

In addition to Elena James, Dok Khao and Osteria Divina, other dining and retail options include The Charmery, Playa Bowls, UnCorked, SEV Laser, RTR Pilates, StretchLab, Amazon Fresh, CVS, and Truist Bank.

The residential component of Chevy Chase Lake includes The Barrett, with 280 for-rent apartment homes, which opened in 2022; The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chevy Chase, with 65 for-sale condominiums, also opened in 2022; and The Claude, offering 186 for-rent apartment homes, completed in 2023.
