Federal Realty Brings One Santana West to 70% Leased

Federal Realty Investment Trust said three more firms have leased offices in the new One Santana West office building at Santana Row in San Jose, bringing the 375,000-square-foot property to approximately 70% leased. Calix has leased 22,990 square feet, Pivot Interiors has taken 15,000 square feet and Teladoc unit Better Help will occupy 10,000 square feet.

Additionally, The Good Eating Company will open a full-service cafe on the ground floor of One Santana West this spring. Located at the corner of Winchester Boulevard and Olin Avenue off Interstate 280, One Santana West is the latest expansion of Santana Row, a 42-acre mixed-use development combining retail, office, residential and hospitality.

“We’re excited to welcome these great firms to One Santana West and the Santana Row community,” said Jan Sweetnam, EVP-CIO of Federal Realty, developer of Santana West. “Santana West is ideal for companies seeking a modern and efficient workspace and the deepest set of amenities and services available.”

A Newmark team of Todd Shaffer, Tracey Solari and Randy Gabrielson represents Federal in leasing the property.
