Maitland get refis on two DFW offices to turn into data centers

Maitland Inks Refis on 2 DFW Offices, Plans Renovations

Maitland Management secured separate refinancing deals from different lenders for The Meridian and NorthPointe Centre in northwest Dallas, near the suburb of Farmers Branch. The combined refinancing figure was $20 million. Ari Raskas of ARZ Realty Capital arranged the refinancing deals.

The properties are less than half a mile away from each other, east of I-35E. The deal for the 161,000-square-foot NorthPointe Centre, located at 12005 Ford Road, and the deal for 227,000-square-foot Meridian, located at 2711 LBJ Fwy, closed less than 30 days apart. Both buildings will receive infrastructure upgrades to meet the demands of data centers and server farms.

Bradford Cos. handles leasing efforts for both properties, which currently house tenants in fields such as finance, energy and real estate.
