PREMIER Completes 106K -SF Headquarters in Buffalo Grove
PREMIER Design + Build Group has completed Underground Devices’ new 106,920-square-foot headquarters in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
The project included extensive improvements to office and warehouse spaces. Underground Devices, Inc. is a manufacturer of duct spacers and nonmetallic manhole cable racks for underground power and communications installation.
“Our priority has always been to minimize disruption to Underground Devices’ manufacturing,” says Senior Project Manager Bill Malarski. “We focused our efforts on delivering a fully operational factory space as soon as possible, allowing them to continue production without delay while we simultaneously worked on the office area.”
In addition to preparing the factory space for key equipment, PREMIER’s team synchronized the installation of upgraded electrical panels, providing the infrastructure needed for smooth operations once the machinery was fully moved from the previous facility. After the manufacturing facility was up and running, PREMIER focused on the office spaces, which featured unique design elements and were personalized for every individual.
