Halff Sells One Richardson Office, Leases Another

Infrastructure consulting firm Halff has sold its 91,251-square-foot office building in the northeastern Dallas suburb of Richardson. The building sits on a 6.7-acre site at 1201 N. Bowser Road. Digital Realty purchased the building. Jonathan Carrier of JLL represented Halff in the transaction.

At about the same time, Halff leased 83,981 square feet of office space at Galatyn Commons in Richardson. The firm pledged to invest $10.8 million for tenant improvements and costs for furniture, fixtures, and equipment during the first year of its lease. Halff expects to occupy its new office space at Galatyn Commons in the fall of 2025. JLL’s Andrew Taguwa, Taylor Dickerson and Rachel Gorney represented Halff in its new lease at Galatyn Commons.

Galatyn Commons has 800,000 square feet of Class A office space across four buildings. Situated near the intersection of U.S. 75 and State Highway 190, the sprawling office campus is outfitted with a 10,000-square-foot fitness center, 8,000-square-foot multi-station food hall, and 150-person conference center.
