Colliers Completes Sale of 263K-SF Industrial Facility in Indianapolis
Colliers has closed the sale of 4310 Stout Field N Drive, a fully occupied, master-leased industrial facility totaling 263,230 square feet in the southwest submarket of Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Colliers Industrial Capital Markets – Midwest Team, led by Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport, alongside Colliers Indianapolis industrial advisors Tyler Wilson and Mike Lubbers, facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, The O’Donnell Group Inc. The property was purchased by The Realife Management Group, a real estate investment and asset management company based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Situated on 13.5 acres in the heart of the Stout Field Industrial Park, the property provides immediate access to I-70 as well as interstate visibility. 4310 Stout Field N Drive boasts a unique combination of additional features, including heavy industrial zoning, four acres of excess ground for expansion or outside storage, 30,000 square feet of freezer space, rooftop solar panels, and rail service with 9 loading docks.
