Parts Town Opens 420K-SF Glendale Fulfillment Centers

Stevens-Leinweber Construction (SLC) has completed a Global Fulfillment Center for Illinois-based Parts Town Unlimited. Spanning a full building at the C|303 industrial park in Glendale, Arizona, the facility establishes Parts Town’s first-ever location in the Southwest.

Parts Town specializes in the high-tech distribution of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) food service equipment parts, residential appliance parts, HVAC parts, consumer electronic parts and related products.

Its new operation spans 420,536 square feet and occupies all of Building B at C|303 Phase I, a 1.75 million-square-foot industrial development by Merit Partners, Inc. At buildout, C|303 will support approximately 9 million square feet of industrial space spanning one full mile along the Loop 303 freeway in metro Phoenix’s West Valley submarket.

C|303 is served by full-diamond interchanges at Camelback and Bethany Home roads, offering tenants access to more than five million residents within 30 minutes.
