Esplanade Wraps Up $45M Revamp
The Esplanade office complex has completed a major renovation and upgrade of the four-building campus in the Camelback Corridor. The $45 million renovation added approximately 30,000 square feet of new amenity spaces, including a new conference center, tenant lounge, full-service restaurant, fitness center, lobby enhancements and more.
This new amenity offering is supported by Onsite, a workplace experience platform whose mission is to transform offices into connected hubs that provide a hospitality-driven environment for employees. The renovations include a 16,000-square-foot amenity building and an 8,000-square-foot meeting space. In the Spring of 2025, the Esplanade will introduce three new restaurant concepts, adding a total of 10,000 square feet to the already revitalized ground level.
The Esplanade is a more than one million-square-foot office campus with more than 90 tenants, including CBRE, Merrill Lynch, Cushman & Wakefield, UBS Financial, Gallagher & Kennedy, and others.
