Master-Planned Inland Empire Logistics Park Secures First Tenant

Affinius Capital and McDonald Property Group have pre-leased a 254,677-square-foot industrial building located at 3551 E. Jurupa St. in Ontario to Otto International, which has committed to 12 years and 10 months. It’s the first lease at The HUB, a master-planned logistics park directly across from Ontario International Airport. The deal was secured six months before the scheduled completion of the HUB’s two-million-square-foot first phase.

CBRE’s Darla Longo, Barbara Perrier, Walt Arrington, Joey Sugar and Joe Werdein represented McDonald Property Group and Affinius Capital in leasing negotiations. Dylan McDonald and Dillon Dummit of Savills represented Otto International.

“Securing this lease ahead of completion underscores the appeal of The HUB’s quality and location adjacent to Ontario International Airport,” said Eddie Gonzalez, managing director of asset management for Affinius Capital. “We are privileged that Otto International selected our Inland Empire development and pleased to count them among the companies we serve throughout our global industrial and logistics portfolio.”
