Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced several recent leadership changes as the company continues to strengthen its presence in key markets.
– Collin Barr will retire after more than 27 years of service at Ryan. Most recently, Barr served as southern division president and management team member, overseeing business development and operations in major markets, including Arizona, Florida, Georgia and Texas.
– Mike Ryan has been named national president after serving as the northern division president. With over 20 years of experience in all facets of the business, he will focus on enhancing Ryan’s national presence, supporting the success of its offices across the country and partnering closely with division presidents and sector leaders to spearhead business development efforts.
– Julie Ferguson has been promoted to southern division president. In her new role, Ferguson will oversee strategic initiatives and operational excellence in Florida, Georgia and Texas. She will continue overseeing the senior living portfolio.
– Tony Barranco steps into the role of northern division president, overseeing operations in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Barranco has led transformative urban redevelopment projects, including Downtown East in Minneapolis and Highland Bridge in Saint Paul, with a total value over $2.5 billion.
– Jim McDonald will continue as western division president, leading strategic planning and project execution across Arizona, California, Colorado and Washington.

Proper Title, LLC, a full-service title insurance agency serving the residential and commercial real estate industries, has hired Maricela Bazan in its downtown Chicago office and Rebecca Somers in its northwest suburban Crystal Lake, Illinois, office.

Mag Mile Capital, Inc., a boutique full-service commercial real estate mortgage banking firm, announced that the company’s common stock will be quoted and available to trade on the OTCQB market. Mag Mile begins trading today on OTCQB under the symbol “MMCP.” Mag Mile Capital leverages a wide variety of lending relationships and equity capital connections as a leading national real estate mortgage intermediary.
