Essex Brokers Sale of Noble Square Apartment Building

Essex Realty Group closed the sale of a six-unit apartment building located at 1470 W. Huron St. in Chicago’s Noble Square neighborhood in West Town.

Essex Principal Brian Karmowski and Director Brian Keegan represented the seller of the property in the transaction. The property comprises three two-bedroom and three one-bedroom apartments, along with three exterior parking spaces. The building is situated on the north side of Huron Street just east of Ashland Avenue and is conveniently less than a mile from both the Chicago and Division L Stations.
