Avison Young Completes Trio of Leases for APF

Avison Young has arranged three new Midtown Manhattan office leases on behalf of landlord APF Properties, two at 1156 Ave. of the Americas and one at 28 W. 44th St. They include the following:

  • Institutional Shareholder Services leased 9,600 square feet at 1156 Ave. of the Americas, encompassing the full seventh floor of the building, which is being delivered fully furnished.
  • Michael Page International, a global employment agency, leased 9,448 square feet at 1156 Ave. of the Americas, encompassing the full fifth floor.
  • Noor Staffing, a staffing, recruiting, and temp agency, leased the full 16th floor of 156,209 square feet at 28 W. 44th St.

John Ryan and Josh Goldman of Avison Young’s New York City office represented APF Properties across all transactions. Cushman and Wakefield represented ISS in leasing negotiations, JLL represented Michael Page Internationa and Newmark represented Noor Staffing.
