NAI Hanson to Handle Leasing at Century-Old Industrial Park

Sitex Group has named NAI James E. Hanson as the exclusive listing agent for Zuckerberg’s Industrial Park, a 50-building, 623,000-square-foot industrial park located at 280 N. Midland Ave. in Saddle Brook, NJ. Kenneth D. Lundberg, SIOR, Patrick Lennon and Lorenzo Lambiase, MBA, CCIM, will oversee marketing and leasing for the property.

In 2023, Sitex Group, a vertically integrated real estate private equity firm, acquired Zuckerberg’s Industrial Park from the family that had owned it for over a century. Over the past two years, the firm has made multiple capital improvements at the property to meet the needs of today’s industrial tenants including new lighting, paving, painting, updated building interiors and new signage.

Lundberg said, “Zuckerberg’s Industrial Park stands out as one of the best-located industrial parks in Bergen County. Its prime location, combined with a diverse mix of unit types and sizes, makes it highly attractive to a variety of tenants.”
