Levin Johnston Closes Two Alameda County Deals

The Levin Johnston team of Marcus and Millichap arranged the sale of two multifamily communities in Alameda County for a total consideration of $34 million: Vista Del Sol in Pleasanton and Islander Apartments in Alameda. Levin Johnston completed the transactions on behalf of their private investor clients.

The transactions highlight the team’s ability to identify opportunities with strong upside potential for their clients in a market with increasing velocity, said Adam Levin, executive managing director of Levin Johnston. “With investment activity ramping up in Alameda County, now was the ideal time to take advantage of market conditions and transact in a region that’s on the upswing,” he said.

Levin Johnston represented both the buyer and seller in the $21,088,888 sale of Vista Del Sol, a 73-unit apartment community located at 2451 Santa Rita Rd. in Pleasanton. They also represented both the buyer and seller in the $12,925,000 sale of Islander Apartments, a 38-unit multifamily community at 1701 Shoreline Dr. in Alameda.
