Orlando Hotel Developer Announces Open Date

MB Resort Orlando, a $250 million hotel Disney Springs hotel, is expected to begin construction in 2026 and open for travelers in 2028. The developer, MB Signature Properties, bought the land for the project at 13651 S. Apopka Vineland Road, along the bank of Lake Bryan, in November for $5.4 million.

The 19-story MB Resort will include 199 2-bedroom, 2-bath suites with kitchens that can accommodate up to six guests. Amenities will include a spa, rooftop bar and restaurant, plus a fire pit area, a splash park and pool, as well as concierge service.

The project offers an investment opportunity starting at $99,000, with options for owners to utilize their units, lease them back to the resort for income generation, or exchange stays with other destinations. 

Orlando has 15 hotels under construction with 4,101 rooms, and another 47 projects with a combined 8,014 rooms in final planning stages. Over 1,000 new rooms came online in 2024.
