Newmark Arranges $123M Refi on Yorkville Apartments

Newmark arranged the $123-million refinancing of The Wimbledon, a 28-story apartment property on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Terms of the financing were not disclosed.

Co-president Global Debt & Structured Finance Jordan Roeschlaub and vice chairman Chris Kramer arranged the financing on behalf of the Rockpoint Group. KKR provided the loan. 

Located at 200 E. 82nd St. in the Yorkville neighborhood, the 214-unit Wimbledon is an upscale, highly amenitized multifamily asset, according to Newmark. It includes 118,940 square feet of residential space and 8,590 square feet of commercial space. Originally built in 1980, it was recently renovated.
