Cushman & Wakefield Expands Baltimore Industrial Practice
Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Baltimore industrial practice through the addition of Steele Stanwick and Ben Caffey as Director and Senior Research Analyst, respectively.
Stanwick will join an existing industrial brokerage team and focus on assisting investor and occupier clients. Caffey will collaborate with the team and be responsible for leading the firm’s local industrial research platform.
“We continue to enjoy exceptional momentum and potential for the industrial sector in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, and Steele and Ben will enhance our capabilities and service delivery in a meaningful capacity,” said Kevin Brant, Director of Brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic region.
Stanwick has been in commercial real estate for nearly five years and specializes in the office and industrial sectors. He comes from KLNB, where he represented landlords and tenants within the Baltimore/Columbia corridor. Caffey has worked in commercial real estate market research and data analysis for over ten years and previously worked at JLL.
