Bally’s Chicago Offers Equity Stake Investment Opportunity

Bally’s Chicago, Inc. announced the offering of a 25% equity stake in its Chicago casino and resort project. The funds raised will support the development of Bally’s permanent casino and resort at the former Tribune Publishing site in downtown Chicago.

Chicago-based investment firm Loop Capital Markets is acting as the sole placement agent in the offering for the $1.7 billion casino complex in River West. Bally’s Chicago will be located at 777 W. Chicago Avenue. The project includes plans for a 3,000-seat theater, a two-acre public park and open outdoor spaces, six restaurants, cafes and a food hall.

An approximately 2,000-foot extension of the riverwalk will connect the lower riverbank to the property. The casino will offer space for approximately 3,400 slots, 173 table games and VIP gaming areas. The hotel tower will include a large pool spa, fitness center, sun deck, and rooftop restaurant bar. The planned 500-room hotel tower will be located on the south end of the site.
