Colliers Lands Leasing Assignment at Brookfield’s California Market Center

Colliers’ Integrated Advisory Services Team has secured the leasing assignment of Brookfield’s California Market Center (CMC), a 1.9-million-square-foot hub for creative office and mixed-use space located at 110 E. 9th St. in the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles. Vice chair Matthew Heyn, EVP Ian M. Gilbert and first VP Kristen Bowman will lead the marketing and leasing efforts.

“We’re honored to be entrusted with a project of such prestige and look forward to our continued partnership with the Brookfield team,” said Gilbert. “Our team’s strategic and innovative approach combined with CMC’s premier location and amenities well-position us to capture the caliber of tenants seeking best-in-class office space in the heart of Los Angeles.”

CMC comprises 13 floors across three buildings, with Buildings A and B tailored for creative office tenants, and Building C dedicated to fashion tenants and showrooms.
