  • Brennan Investment Group, a private real estate investment firm that acquires, develops and operates industrial facilities throughout the U.S., added Bryan Schultz as principal in the newly established Northern California region. He will spearhead Brennan’s efforts to identify investment opportunities in the San Francisco Bay area, Central California and Sacramento. Before coming to Brennan, Schultz held leadership roles with various developers and institutional investment platforms including March Capital, BlackRock, RREEF/DWS and Hines. 
  • Stream Realty Partners is expanding its investment sales brokerage business into the multifamily sector in Southern California. This growth will be led by the addition of 22-year industry professional Pat Swanson, who joins Stream as managing director of multifamily. Along with Swanson, Stream has added Briana Cornell as senior marketing manager, Michael Bouras as senior associate and Aidan Jang as analyst.  
  • IRA Capital, a leading private equity firm based in Irvine, has bolstered its leadership team with Andrew Ciarfalia as VP of asset management to support IRA’s growing senior housing portfolio. He brings more than a decade of experience at Sunrise Senior Living, where he held leadership roles in asset management and financial planning. 
  • The Building Industry Association of Southern California announced that former California State Sen. Scott Wilk will serve as its new senior EVP for its Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter. Wilk served as state senator for the 21st District from 2016 to 2024. Before his Senate tenure, he represented the 38th District in the California State Assembly from 2012 to 2016. 
  • Dome Construction has opened its newest office in Sacramento. Kacie McLeod, a construction leader with two decades of experience, will lead the new office, driving growth and operations in the region. McLeod joined Dome Construction as a project executive in 2023.  
  • Irvine-based Archwest Capital, a direct lender specializing in business-purpose financing for residential real estate investors, appointed Tuan Pham as chief marketing officer. With more than 23 years of experience in marketing, branding and client engagement, Pham most recently served as the chief marketing officer of Dunmor and before that held the same role at CoreVest. 
  • Angeles Equity Partners, LLC, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm, appointed Dr. Brian Poplin as CEO of Data Clean Corporation. Data Clean provides specialized contamination control and technical services for critical environments, including artificial intelligence infrastructure, clean rooms, hyperscalers, internet service providers, colocation facilities and enterprise data centers. 
  • FullStack Modular has opened a West Coast manufacturing facility at 3025 E. Dominguez St. in Carson. The 130,000-square-foot facility includes dedicated storage and a paint shop. Its strategic location near major highways and the Port of Long Beach allows for efficient transport of modular units across the region, according to FullStack Modular. The company is currently building prototypes for its first major West Coast project, set to begin production in February 2025. 
  • Torrance-based Cove Capital Investments, LLC, a DST sponsor company, announced its Net Lease Industrial 77 DST, a Regulation D, Rule 506(c) Delaware Statutory Trust offering, is fully subscribed. The total amount of equity raised for the offering on a diversified portfolio of three net-leased industrial properties was $13,389,616. 
  • SVA Architects recently joined the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works and DLS Builders in marking the completion of La Puente Enhanced One-Stop Center.  Located at 16005 Central Ave. in La Puente, the development provides essential services from various Los Angeles County departments.  It was also certified LEED Silver.
