Clear Height, Blackbird Investment Acquire ISF Property in Suburban Chicago
A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Chicago-based Blackbird Investment Group has acquired a 32,000-square-foot ISF located at 2945 Shermer Road in Northbrook, Illinois.
The property consists of a drive-thru building with less than 20% building-to-land coverage ratio, fully gated and secured parking area for a fleet of field service vehicles, 23 drive-in doors and interior triple catch basins. The property is located immediately south of the Willow Road and Shermer Road intersection, two miles from I-294. The property is fully leased.
Clear Height also recently acquired Centerwest Business Park, a multi-tenant shallow-bay industrial business park in Addison, Illinois, with Texas-based ICP Funds. Additionally, a joint venture of Clear Height and Long Wharf Capital purchased 1400 Morse Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The 91,937-square-foot building is located in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket, the center of Chicago’s industrial market.
