Alliance Residential Opens Waltham Complex

Alliance Residential Company has opened The 305, A Broadstone Community, a 314-unit apartment community in Waltham, MA. Located at 305 Winter St. in Waltham, The 305 is centered in one of the Boston metro area’s leading employment centers, with companies such as Alkermes, Markforged, National Grid, Pegasystems, Revvity and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

“Waltham offers many advantages for residents,” said Michael Boujoulian, managing director for Alliance Residential. “Waltham isn’t just a hub of 21st-century employment, it’s also a regional nexus for education given its proximity to both Bentley and Brandeis universities. The 305 is located at the center of the high-quality employment, education and amenities our residents prefer.”

The community features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with luxury interior finishes. It offers a variety of dining options within walking distance, such as Ruth’s Chris, The Local and the Painted Burro, and shopping and grocery needs within a five-minute drive.
