Four Seasons Building Hotel, Residences Near Deer Valley

Four Seasons and Extell Development Company plan to build a resort and residential complex in Deer Valley East Village. The project is near Park City, Utah, not far from Salt Lake City.

Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Deer Valley will offer 134 guest rooms and suites and 123 one- to six-bedroom private residences, fully serviced homes ranging from 1,200 to 7,000 square feet. 55 residences will be situated above the resort. An adjacent building will contain 68 owner-exclusive units ranging from one to five bedrooms, with additional resident-exclusive amenities. Design work is led by ODA Architecture

Deer Valley’s new East Village will introduce enhanced slopeside access, a skier services facility, new retail offerings, culinary experiences and a collection of après venues. 

The development will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies coupled with the destination’s breathtaking topography. Deer Valley will have four dining options, including a ski-in/ski-out lounge with an outdoor terrace and fireplace. 

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, the first hotel in the East Village expansion, opened Nov. 20.
