PREMIER Design + Build Launches Irvine Project for Dermody

PREMIER Design + Build Group recently began construction on LogistiCenter at Irvine I & II, marking its first project in the Western region for Dermody Properties. The project consists of two LEED Certified industrial facilities in Irvine totaling 224,920 square feet.

LogistiCenter at Irvine I is a 133,320-square-foot freestanding industrial building situated on six acres. Adjacent to it, LogistiCenter at Irvine II is an approximately 91,600-square-foot industrial facility on 4.4 acres. The project is convenient to John Wayne Airport, Los Angeles International Airport and the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.

PREMIER’s team for the LogistiCenter at Irvine I & II is led by project manager Matt Lindsay, with support from assistant project manager Victor Xu, project engineer Madeline Rappaport, superintendent Keith Johnson and director of construction Nick Palmer. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2025. CBRE is providing leasing services.
