Kidder Mathews’ Kraig Heeter Named SIOR Foundation President-Elect

Kidder Mathews’ Kraig Heeter has been named president-elect of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Foundation. Heeter is an executive vice president in South Seattle with more than two decades of experience specializing in industrial properties. He has been an SIOR designee since 2016 and has served as Washington SIOR Chapter President since 2022.

“I am excited to build on the foundation’s commitment to advancing education, research, and initiatives that elevate the profession and to give back to a vocation that has been incredibly rewarding,” said Heeter.

He will begin his one-year term as president of the SIOR Foundation in October 2025. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors has 4,000 members in 50 countries, and Kidder Mathews counts 46 SIOR designees on its roster of brokers.
