Brixton Capital Promotes CIO Taylor to President

Brixton Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm based in San Diego, promoted Rob Taylor to president, a role in which he’ll serve in addition to his current role as CIO. Taylor’s responsibilities expand to overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. This includes acquisitions, portfolio optimization, capital markets, fundraising, financing, asset management and investor relations.

“Over the past year, Rob has exhibited remarkable leadership, strategic foresight and an unwavering passion for our business and company mission,” said Brixton’s founder and chairman, Marc Brutten. “His ability to deliver results while fostering strong partnerships has solidified his reputation as a transformative leader.”

Taylor has more than 25 years of real estate, acquisitions and capital markets experience. Before joining Brixton in 2023, he spent more than a decade at Invesco Real Estate, a global private equity platform managing $100 billion in assets.
