Marcus & Millichap Duo Close Sale of Brighton Apartments

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a six-unit multifamily property in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood for $4,595,000. SVPs investments Evan Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, a private investor.

“This recently renovated multifamily property features modern finishes, including sleek kitchens with stainless steel appliances, luxurious bathrooms, hardwood floors, and in-unit laundry, offering the potential for higher rental income, increased cash flow, and reduced maintenance costs in a high-demand market,” said Pepdjonovic.

Griifth added, “Located just a five-minute walk from the MBTA Green Line, this multifamily property in Brighton, MA, is ideal for renters, offering a blend of suburban living and easy access to Boston’s vibrant amenities.”

Located at 14 Mt. Hood Rd., the property was built in 1910 and recently renovated in 2022. It includes one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments with modern finishes, in-unit laundry, and off-street parking spaces.
