TCC Signs 50K-SF HQ Lease with COUR Pharmaceuticals at Evanston Labs
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has signed a lease with COUR Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biotechnology company that develops autoimmune therapies, at Evanston Labs in Evanston, Illinois.
The biotech company is relocating its headquarters, R&D lab, and pilot manufacturing plant to the recently delivered project. COUR Pharmaceuticals will occupy approximately 50,000 square feet across the eighth and ninth floors. David Burden with Colliers International represented COUR Pharmaceuticals in its lease. Dan Lyne and Brandon Green of CBRE represented TCC.
“With its prime location at the gateway of both Northwestern University and Evanston’s vibrant downtown, Evanston Labs is perfectly situated to attract the very best life sciences and other advanced sciences companies and talent that our region has to offer,” said John Carlson, Principal with TCC Chicago.
Located at 710 Clark Street, Evanston Labs is a 10-story, 178,800 square-foot Class A advanced sciences lab building that was completed earlier this year.
