Coastal Ridge, a real estate investment, development and property management firm exclusively focused on rented residential strategies, announced that Peter Kelly has joined the firm as Director of Investor Relations based in Cincinnati. In this role, Kelly will play an integral role in advancing the evolution of Coastal Ridge’s capital formation for new investment strategies.

Chicago-based title insurance underwriter Advocus recently announced three strategic additions to its executive team: Lynne Crotty as Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer, Kelly Davis as Senior Vice President – National Operations, and Kelli A. Fogarty as Senior Vice President – Counsel to the President.

Bank of America has named Ed Siaje as president of Bank of America Detroit. Siaje will also oversee the bank’s efforts to grow market share and lead the effort to deploy the bank’s resources to help advance economic mobility and build strong communities. Siaje will continue to serve as a Private Bank market executive for Michigan and Minnesota.

Principle Construction has completed phase one of a renovation project for SMW Autoblok at its current location in Wheeling, Illinois. This initial phase prepares the facility for a future expansion encompassing office and warehouse space. Principle previously completed a significant expansion for SMW Autoblok at the same address in 2008.

Entre Commercial Realty has completed a 24,196 square-foot lease at 1424 Armour Blvd., in Mundelein, IL. Entre’s Cory Kay, Mike DeSerto, and Elisabeth Lazzara represented the landlord, while Brandon Waters of KBC Advisors represented the tenant. The industrial facility features a brand-new office buildout, three docks, one drive-in-door, and 28’ clear height. A national fire protection company leased the property to relocate their North American headquarters.
