JPI Begins Work on 343-Unit Haltom City Venture
JPI broke ground on Jefferson Drove, a new 343-unit, four-story garden-style community in Haltom City, Texas. The $100 million project will comprise 343 apartments at 6200 Baker Blvd. Average rent will be $1,659. 175 units will be reserved for those making up to 80% of the area median income level. The company expects delivery in two years. The Dallas Business Journal reports the project will go on land near both Fort Worth and Richland Hills that’s been vacant for about 25 years.
Jefferson Drove would mark the third JPI development in Haltom City. It recently completed the 220-unit Parmore Fossil Creek at NEC Loop 820 and Beach Street and 386-unit Jefferson Fossil Creek at 4600 Fossil Ridge Circle.
JPI develops in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and California. The company will develop apartments for a recently revealed $3 billion mixed-use development in Frisco.
