Harwood 23-Story Dallas Tower Start Updated
Harwood International plans to start work on the 23-story Harwood No. 15 in early 2025. It is expected to deliver in 2027. The tower will go up at 3008 N. Harwood Street, just north of downtown in the 19-block Harwood District, close to the Dallas North Tollway entrance and Harry Hines Boulevard. The building will have 340,000 rentable square feet, plus a parking garage and some retail space. The cost of the project is estimated at $120 million.
Amenities will include saunas, steam rooms and a cold plunge. There are also plans for a fitness center with locker rooms and a conference center. The tower also aims to include a 20,000-square-foot rooftop park and ground-floor restaurant.
Harwood International is known for its collection of luxury restaurants, including Poco Fiasco, Elephant East and English pub Harwood Arms.
