Norris & Stevens Brokers Investment Sale of Vancouver MF

Provision Investments Inc. recently completed the $1.65 million purchase of the Plainsmen Apartments, a 16-unit multi-family property located at 10701 NE 59th Street in Vancouver, Washington.

Todd VanDomelen and Mike Brown with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented both the Buyer and the Seller, Dorothy L. Lund, in the transaction.

Constructed in 1968, the Plainsmen Apartments is an approximately 12,464 square foot multi-family asset consisting entirely of 750 square foot 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units. The community offers plenty of parking, and each unit includes a washer/dryer and extra storage space.

The property is conveniently situated near the intersection of NE Fourth Plain and NE Covington Road, with shopping and dining options within walking distance. Additionally, it offers easy access to five transit stops and is situated just 1.5 miles from I-205 and the Vancouver Mall.
