  • Clay B. Pulliam has joined Locke Lord’s Dallas office as a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. Pulliam, who joins Locke Lord from Frost Brown Todd, represents a wide variety of clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions and other transactional matters in Texas and across the country. His experience spans various industries and types of properties, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, hospital and mixed-use high-density urban developments. Pulliam focuses his practice on acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, financing, workouts, leasing and joint ventures.
  • Lincoln Property Company expanded its leadership team in Central Texas, hiring Stewart Geise as Director of Property Management. In this role, Mr. Geise will oversee the management and accounting teams providing services to office, retail, and industrial assets throughout Central Texas. His responsibilities include managing client care, collaborating with investor and occupier service groups, assisting with strategic planning for client asset portfolios, and overseeing financial reporting.
  • The Texas Rangers and The Cordish Companies announced One Rangers Way is set to open in January 2025 in the heart of Arlington’s Entertainment District. Situated just steps from Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and AT&T Stadium, One Rangers Way is the first residential component of Arlington’s Entertainment District. 
  • Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of The Riley, a 178-unit multifamily community located in Burleson, Texas.  Grant Raymond and Asher Hall of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Corsair Ventures, in the transaction. NewStreet Properties and Thane Partners acquired the community. Completed in 2023, The Riley offers a resort-style pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and a clubhouse featuring an activity center and co-working offices. It’s located between Hwy 74 and I-35W.
  • Lincoln Property Company broke ground on a 312,150-square-foot industrial development on Empire Central Drive in Dallas. Known as the Brookhollow Business Center, the project consists of redeveloping an existing truck terminal facility into two new Class A industrial buildings. Brookhollow is anticipated to be completed in October 2025.
