Ethos Commercial Advisors has secured financing for the acquisition of Bluff Street Office, a 29,000-square-foot multi-tenant building in the Old Mill District of Bend, Oregon.
Built in 2003, the building features three suites, storage, and surface parking. The property is currently fully occupied with long-term leases. Danny Natsch and Matt Illias sourced a 70% LTV, 10-year fixed rate loan in the mid 5% through a regional credit union.
