Monos to Open Chicago Store in Fulton Market

Travel and sustainability-first lifestyle brand Monos has signed a 10-year lease agreement for a retail location on the ground floor of The Dylan at 160 N. Morgan, a 30-story multifamily and retail development in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood.

CBRE’s Phil Golding, Todd Siegel, Kim Wiskup and Gianna Bianconi negotiated the transaction on behalf of Monos. “The speed of leasing we’ve seen across retail, residential and office is proof of the neighborhood’s continued popularity and consistent foot traffic,” said Jess Brown, Principal, Leasing at Sterling Bay.

Monos is set to open the doors of its 2,800-square-foot store in Spring 2025. Developed in partnership with Denver-based real estate private equity firm Ascentris and CIBC Bank, Sterling Bay broke ground on The Dylan in March 2022 and delivered the property in October 2023. The 282-unit property stabilized in August of 2024 and is currently 97 percent leased.

Michael Brennan will receive Connect CRE’s Lifetime Achievement Award and will participate in the Keynote Interview with Kevin Brennan, also of Brennan Investment Group. Join us at Connect Industrial Midwest 2025 on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 5, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL, for this exclusive presentation!
