Lee & Associates Brokers Itasca Industrial Building Lease

Lee & Associates has closed a lease transaction for a 43,845-square-foot industrial building located at 940-942 Thorndale Avenue in Itasca, Illinois.

Jeff Janda, SIOR, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, The RDI Group, a manufacturer of engineered systems for the roofing, construction, power, metal coil processing, and medical industries. 

Mike Plumb, principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the owner, Link Logistics. The asset is managed by Cabot Properties.  

Michael Brennan will receive Connect CRE’s Lifetime Achievement Award and will participate in the Keynote Interview with Kevin Brennan, also of Brennan Investment Group.
