MBK Completes Solar-Powered Apartments in Petaluma

MBK Rental Living has completed the development of The Haven at Deer Creek, a Class-A 134-unit multifamily community located at 495 N. McDowell Blvd. in Petaluma. All buildings have solar power.

The Haven at Deer Creek features three-story garden style and three-story podium-style apartments. The community features 93 one-bedroom units and 41 two-bedroom units ranging from approximately 715 to 1,206 square feet. Rents range from $2,350 for a one-bedroom to $2,858 for a two-bedroom.

“Our goal was to create a much-needed luxurious, yet laid-back community for the City of Petaluma and the thriving San Francisco Bay Area,” said Ken McCarren, president of MBK Rental Living.  “Professionals working in information technology, healthcare and a variety of other industries now have a premier residence to call home.”

Headquartered in Irvine, MBK Rental Living is a division of MBK Real Estate LLC., the U.S. real estate development arm of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
