Davis Brings Downtown Boston Offices to Full Occupancy

The Davis Companies has completed two lease agreements at 200 High St. in downtown Boston’s Financial District, bringing the property to fully leased. Educational nonprofit The Steppingstone Foundation, Inc. signed a 10-year lease agreement to relocate its headquarters from the South End, where it was also a Davis tenant, and will occupy 11,425 square feet of the second floor. SageView Advisory Group signed a seven-year lease and will occupy the remaining 2,502 square feet of the second floor.

“Despite office leasing trends across the region, 200 High St. is now fully leased, a clear testament to the building’s updated amenities and prime location, optimally situated to attract top-tier talent and companies from a diverse range of industries,” said Duncan A.C. Gilkey, SVP & director of leasing at Davis.

Kristin Blount and Lauren Vecchione of Colliers represented Steppingstone; Katie Bailey of JLL represented SageView; and Liam O’Conner and Debra Gould of Newmark represented Davis.
