JLL has named Kevin MacKenzie as President, Americas Capital Markets, JLL – effective January 1, 2025. MacKenzie will succeed Jody Thornton in this position, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman, Americas Capital Markets, continuing oversight of various initiatives. Most recently, he held the position of Head of Production for JLL Capital Markets.
St. Louis-based Good Developments Group has selected Cushman & Wakefield to market the industrial component of Gateway South, a $1.2 billion, 100-acre master-planned redevelopment on the St. Louis riverfront. Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Tripp Hardin, SIOR, and Director Keith Ziercher, CCIM, will lead the effort.
Lee & Associates negotiated the $1.5 million sale of a 4,500-square-foot bank at 1275 N County Farm Road in Carol Stream, Illinois. The buyer, Universal Metro Asian Services (UMAS), was represented by Rick Scardino, principal, at Lee & Associates of Illinois. The seller, GW Carol Stream, LLC, was represented by Brendan Reedy and Jimmy Danaher of Mid-America Real Estate.
