Baltimore Restaurant Group to Open Fifth Pizzeria in Baltimore City

Angeli’s Pizzeria Bar, a Baltimore-based family-owned restaurant group is assuming the former space occupied by Noona’s in The Fitzgerald, a 275-unit multifamily community owned and managed by MCB Real Estate.

The pizzeria expects to open its fifth location in Baltimore City, and second in the MCB Real Estate portfolio, at the 11-story residential project located at 1201 W. Mt. Royal Avenue in December.

The Fitzgerald features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment units, with a resident lounge, private theater, 25,000 square feet of retail space and a 1,250-space parking garage. Penn Station, the University of Baltimore, and the Maryland Institute College of Art are within close proximity.

“Angeli’s Pizzeria Bar has an impressive track record of success and its entrepreneurial ownership team understands the value of working hard and establishing a presence with the community,” MCB Real Estate’s Managing Director Lou J. Kousouris, III.
