Cloudloft to Build McKinney Office Condos

Cloudloft Development is planning an office condo development near the northwest corner of North Central Expressway and Justice Road.

The Offices at McKinney Crossing plans to build 17 buildings upon buildout. Community Impact reports the developer has filed plans for four buildings so far. The company hopes to start construction on the first buildings in late 2024 or early 2025.

The development will be built over three years and will consist of professional and medical offices. When it’s finished, it will feature 70,000 square feet of office space.

Previous developments in McKinney include the Southern Hills Office Parks (photo) on Collin McKinney Parkway.

Cloudloft developments are located in DFW Metro areas experiencing dynamic growth, including Frisco and Prosper. Founded in 2000, the company has since developed over 500 individual office condominiums housed in 125 buildings across 14 office parks throughout the DFW metro market. For years, the company operated under the name “Texas Office Condos.”
