Tesla Looking at Bellevue Office Space

Tesla Inc. appears to be adding office space near its service center in Bellevue as part of its continued expansion in the Seattle area region.

The electric vehicle maker is listed as a first-floor tenant in a two-story commercial office building in the Oakhurst Center at 14475 NE 24th St, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. Tesla has a service center on a nearby lot at 14408 NE 20th St.

CBRE is the leasing agent for the property. According to permitting documents, plans call for renovating up to 32,338 square feet of space, including the remodeling of several suites and installing a server room and EV chargers. The building is part of a two-building office property acquired by New York-based Innovatus Capital Partners in 2020.
