Life Time, RED Joining Forces on 300-Unit PV Project

Construction is underway on the Life Time Living Tower, a 300-unit apartment project at PV, the former site of the Paradise Valley Mall. The $150 million project combines developer RED Development and Life Time, the company behind fitness country clubs.

The Life Time Living, at 4568 East Cactus Road, will be its fifth location. The project is part of the PV Phoenix development by RED Development, located on the former site of the Paradise Valley Mall. 

The site will combine an 11-story apartment tower with one-, two-, and penthouse apartments. Amenities will include work-from-home spaces, a private dining room, a yoga and fitness studio, a pool deck, an indoor/outdoor bar area, outdoor game areas, a dog park and EV charging stations. Residents will also have access to concierge wellness services, including nutrition coaching. Estimated completion is 2026.
