Northmarq Team Arranges $66M in Seattle-Area Refinancings

Northmarq’s Seattle Debt + Equity team, led by Robert Spiro, recently secured three Seattle-area apartment refinancings totaling nearly $66 million. In the largest of the refis, the team arranged a $43.56-million refinance for Haven Apartments, a modern garden-style property in Port Orchard, WA.

The financing was structured as interest-only through Northmarq’s Fannie Mae DUS program. Built in 2022, the property features one- to three-bedroom floorplans with high-end finishes and park-like views.

Additionally, Northmarq secured a $13.15-million refinance for Aspen Glade Apartments in Enumclaw, WA. This multifamily community, located at 750 Watson St. N., was refinanced through the Fannie Mae Delegated underwriting program at an extremely competitive rate, according to Northmarq.

Finally, Spiro and his team secured an $8.95-million refinance for Monticello Apartments, a 107-unit multifamily property at 415 Boren Ave. in Seattle. The permanent loan, arranged through Northmarq’s Fannie Mae delegated underwriting program, features a fixed interest rate.
