The Beeman Hotel Trades to Newcrestimage
NewcrestImage has added The Beeman Hotel in Dallas, which features 296 guestrooms and suites over nine floors, to its portfolio. Hodges Ward Elliot arranged the sale. In 2021, Evolution Hospitality completed a $4 million renovation. Newcrestimage plans to rebrand the hotel.
The company selected Coury Hospitality to manage the property. Coury and its Concert Hospitality affiliate already manage four upscale properties for NewcrestImage in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex: The Southlake Hotel, The Magnolia Hotel, Marriott Westlake and The Sinclair. Both NewcrestImage and Coury are based in Dallas.
The hotel’s amenities include a heated indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, 12,000 squarer feet of flexible conference space, lounge with video games, coffee shop and the Seely Mill restaurant.
The property is located adjacent to Southern Methodist University (SMU) and the George W. Bush Presidential Library, and is less than six miles from the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, the 20,000-seat American Airlines Center, Love Field and NorthPark Center.
