Colliers Team Arranges Largest New Lease in Portland’s Rivergate Submarket

Colliers arranged a large-scale industrial lease at the newly acquired Columbia Gateway, located at 13636 N Columbia Blvd. in Portland, OR, on behalf of owner Oakpark Investments and the tenant, Medallion Industries Inc. At 100,492 square feet, including more than 11,000 square feet of office and showroom space, it’s reportedly the largest new lease in Portland’s Rivergate submarket for 2024.

Following the property acquisition by OakPark Investments, Colliers’ Jerry Matson, Brian Yoakum and Tom Knecht were retained for the leasing assignment and implemented a comprehensive rebranding and marketing strategy.

Commenting on the lease to Medallion, Matson said, “This was the ideal culmination of vision and collaboration between Colliers offices and clients to unlock the value inherent in this building with a savvy value-add investor and corporate user rowing in the same direction.”

Medallion Industries is a leading regional supplier of windows, doors, millwork and hardware, based in Portland since 1971.
