CBRE announced that Ray Hamilton has been promoted to Senior Vice President within the firm’s Des Moines office. Hamilton joined CBRE in 2018 and specializes in the acquisition, disposition and repositioning of multifamily assets for investors and property owners throughout Iowa.

Intersect Illinois announced that Mesirow Executive Chairman Richard Price and Locke Lord LLP Partner/Chicago Skyway Toll Bridge Chairman Kirk Dillard have joined its board of directors. Price serves as Executive Chairman of Mesirow, and Dillard is a partner at Locke Lord LLP.

Daniel Management Group (DMG) has promoted Lyndi Merced to regional property manager. Merced joined the firm in 2022, and will help manage DMG’s more than 4,000 unit portfolio and continued pipeline growth.
