Alliant Insurance Services Relocates Office in Downtown Portland
Alliant Insurance Services, a national insurance brokerage firm, has signed a three-year lease for its new office space in downtown Portland, Oregon.
Located one block from Pioneer Courthouse Square and directly on the MAX transit line, Alliant’s new space is within the Pacific Center building at 851 SW 6th Ave. Building amenities include a renovated atrium lobby, three conference rooms, and a workout facility.
“The new office in Downtown Portland allows our team to be centrally located and accessible to our clients while keeping us at the forefront of the Downtown Portland revitalization effort,” said Peter Johnson, Managing Director, Alliant Specialty.
“We are very happy that Alliant Insurance Services has decided to relocate to the Pacific Center office building,” said Schnitzer Properties President and CEO Jordan Schnitzer. Schnitzer Properties owns and operates over 30 million square feet of real estate, comprising more than 190 properties in six western states.
